TERMS OF USE | LIVEQUOTE
1. Purpose of the Platform
LiveQuote is an online platform enabling:
- subscribed client companies ("Clients") to request quotations and interact with suppliers;
- invited companies ("Suppliers") to respond to quotation requests and communicate with Clients.
Stokelp acts solely as the provider of a technical platform.
2. Access to the Platform
2.1 Subscribed Clients
Clients access LiveQuote under a separate SaaS agreement concluded with Stokelp.
2.2 Invited Suppliers
Suppliers may be invited by a Client to create an account in order to:
- receive and respond to quotation requests;
- communicate via the messaging interface;
- transmit commercial information.
Access to the platform's core features is entirely free of charge for Suppliers.
No registration fees, subscription fees, commissions, or transaction fees are charged to Suppliers for these core features.
3. Role of Stokelp
Stokelp is not a party to any commercial relationship between Clients and Suppliers.
Stokelp:
- does not act as a commercial agent, broker, or contractual intermediary;
- does not guarantee the conclusion of any agreement between users;
- does not receive any commission on transactions concluded between Clients and Suppliers.
Commercial relationships are concluded directly between the relevant parties and remain under their sole responsibility.
4. User Obligations
Each user undertakes to:
- provide accurate and up-to-date information;
- use the platform in good faith and in accordance with its intended purpose;
- refrain from transmitting unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing content;
- comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Each user remains solely responsible for the information transmitted via the platform.
5. Account Suspension or Deletion
Stokelp reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of:
- breach of these Terms of Use;
- fraudulent or abusive use of the platform;
- risk to the security or integrity of the service.
6. Liability
LiveQuote is a tool for interaction and communication.
Stokelp does not guarantee:
- the accuracy of information provided by users;
- the solvency of any party;
- the conclusion of any business transaction.
Each user remains solely responsible for their commercial decisions.
7. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
Users benefit from the rights provided under applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR).
8. Amendments
Stokelp may amend these Terms of Use at any time.
The applicable version is the one in force at the time of platform use.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
